This week, students will practice handling frustration, changing unhelpful self-talk, and remembering: **“I may not control what happens, but I can choose my attitude.”**
Respect in martial arts is about much more than saying “Yes, sir” or “Yes, ma’am.” It’s about how we treat ourselves, others, and our community every day. At Inspiration ATA Martial Arts, students practice respect through listening, kindness, teamwork, patience, and encouraging others. These small choices help build confidence, character, and life skills that last far beyond the mat.
